Atreu Cell comment: Okay everyone, I voted, but I encountered a few niggling problems in doing so! As such, here is my (slightly) technical guide in case your having problems!
First of all, as Ruvvy said, it's random! So, if at first you don't see Tatu, just click a selection at random and then click Vota (vote)!
Rinse and repeat until you see the following:
-------------------------------------
Mejor Artista Nuevo Internacional
* Audioslave
* T.A.T.U.
* Evanescence
* Beyonce
* The White Stripes
-------------------------------------
Select T.A.T.U. (of course!) and click Vota (Vote)!
An important note!!!
You must choose an artist for every category! What I mean is, you have to vote for each category and finish the vote properly in order for your Tatu vote to count!
You'll know you've done this when there are no more artists to vote for, and at the bottom of the page there are two bars to click:
-------------------------------------
SI
NO GRACIAS
-------------------------------------
The main text is asking you if you would like to complete a survey with Harris Online!
SI means Yes!
NO GRACIAS means No Thank You!
You can select NO GRACIAS as it will not affect your vote!
After you've clicked NO GRACIAS, the vote will be complete!
You’ll see a blank screen in your browser window; ignore it, you’ve successfully voted!
Side Note!!!!
If your using Microsoft Internet Explorer, and the Vota bar doesn't work:
Click Tools
Then click Internet Options from the drop-down menu
Then click the Security tab
Click Medium level on the slider
Click OK
Now refresh (reload) the page and it should work fine!

From TatySite:
t.A.T.u. “hide” the authors of new songs.
Tatu’s press conference took place on the 15th of September in the penthouse of the ‘Peking’ hotel. The Sky Room is located right under the roof (at the top of the building), so journalists were brought there by elevators - five men at a time; therefore the ride took almost an hour. They were allowed onto the elevator in the order of a predetermined list of names. Waiting for their ‘voyage’ the representatives of the press did crosswords aloud, and the guard spent a certain time on searches in the accreditation list of the publication ‘The Red Army man from the harem.’
When everyone finally gathered in the Sky Room, Ivan Shapovalov explained that Tatu will be recording their new album and one of the Japanese television networks is ready to make a ‘reality’ show. “The room will be equipped with special equipment,” promised Ivan, and selected this place because of the prettier tele-picture, saying, “Look into the windows! It looks like Moscow.” The remodeling of the future recording studio is now fully underway.
Tatu producer Ivan Shapovalov, Yulia Volkova and Lena Katina sat on the construction stepladders. Mr. Shapovalov repeated the information about the future Tatu concerts in Tokyo, presented in the press releases. The shows, with an expected 43,000 spectators, will take place in the Tokyo Dome on December 1st and 2nd and will be formed as video performances. The world's largest video screens of 200 square metres are being built now for this show. After that the journalists had a chance to ask a few questions, the majority of which concerned opinions regarding the supposed crisis in the Tatu project. Neither Ivan Shapovalov's nor the girls' answers dismissed this speculation. Thus, Shapovalov refused to reveal the names of the authors who wrote songs for the new album (it is thought that two compositions are already finished). Regarding the new songs and their authors, Mr. Shapovalov said “You will see it when the time is up. Maybe we will record something that won't be included in the album.” Yulia and Lena declared that they could always sing but refused to give an example of live singing.
Mr. Shapovalov deviated from commentaries on scandal with former co-producer Lena Kiper. At the end he had this to say, "I don't follow the court trials and do not think about what happened five years ago. Any rights? Lawyers deal with them! Those who can write new songs don't dispute because of the old ones."
Ivan confirmed rumours about the fact that Ms. Kiper sang for Ms. Volkova on the first album with enthusiasm: "Yes, Kiper sang for Volkova, and now Volkova speaks instead of Kiper."
Ivan Shapovalov gave updates about the condition of the group's press-attaché Beata Ardeeva who is recovering after the car accident in one of the Moscow sanatoriums. Ms. Volkova confirmed information about the surgery involving the removal of her appendix due to appendicitis.

Atreu Cell comment:
Hmm, weird, isn't it? Ivan himself is trying to imply that Lena Kiper is burning out, creatively speaking! Harsh words indeed, but true?
Also, the thorny subject of playback rears it head again! Live or Playback? That is, it seems, the question!
Oh, and the thing about Ms. Kiper singing on some of Yulia's early vocals is no real surprise! After all, Ya Ne Glotayu, AKA Nichya (which is also the name of Ms. Kiper's new project) is often mistaken for a Tatu song simply because Ms. Kiper's voice is so similar to Ms. Volkova's!
Lastly, a reality show!?! What, like the Osborne's!?! We can but pray! ^__^
